We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The items are in their original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

  2. All original tags and packaging are still attached.

  3. The items are returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Please note: although we offer free shipping on orders, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned items.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items.

  2. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear) if opened after delivery.
